Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to the Vinehealth mobile application.
This mobile application is run by Vinehealth. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this application. For example, that means you should be able to:
Listen to the app using Screen reader / Spoken content
Use Voice Over / TalkBack
Use voice typing
Change font size (from your phone settings) without major text disruptions
Change screen size (from your phone settings) without losing content off the screen
Use magnification (from your phone settings) within the app
Use colour correction (from your phone settings) within the app and still be able to access content
Use colour inversion (from your phone settings) within the app and still be able to access content
Define how long you can have a push notification message displayed for to take action
Use the app on mobile phones of different sizes, phablet and tablet devices
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
How accessible the Vinehealth mobile app is
We know some adjustments are not yet fully available in the Vinehealth app:
You cannot use dark theme
The app functions in a portrait view, and you cannot rotate screen from portrait to landscape

Vinehealth is committed to making its mobile application accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

This website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
Adding dark mode to the app is in Vinehealth's accessibility roadmap.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 5 March 2021. It was last reviewed on 8 March 2021.
The Vinehealth application was last tested and reviewed by ORCHA on version 3.2.0; they rated usability and accessibility of the app at 92%.
The Vinehealth application has passed the NHS Apps Library assessment (Digital Technology Assessment Criteria), where usability and accessibility of the app was rated at 95%.
