Patient Advisor: Liz

Hello everyone! 👋

Another week, another patient advisor feature!

Please meet Liz, Vinehealth's patient advisor, who has participated in multiple user research studies. Liz's participation helped us to further understand how our users add daily, cyclical and as required medications into the app, and what we can do to improve the flow and make it easier for anyone who needs to keep on track of their medications.

Liz has also shared lots of feedback which helped us to validate and direct our design decisions.

Liz's thoughts

"The Vinehealth app was a lifesaver when I first started my treatment. I really struggled to remember what drugs I needed to take, and when to take them. The app helped me set drug reminders, log when I had taken them, and keep on top of the side effects.

I’ve been helping the Vinehealth team to develop the app by giving feedback on various layouts to ensure that adding medications to the app is easy and simple to do. I’ve enjoyed doing this as it has given me purpose whilst going through my treatment as well as feeling that I am giving something back which hopefully will help others in the future."
